Free Airport Transfers & Discount Airfare

Free airport transfers are available on published departure and return dates.
When you book your trip air-inclusive, the transfer to and from the airport to your start and end hotel is included. This can be a substantial savings and give you peace of mind.

Land-only travelers who make their own air arrangements on regularly scheduled direct or nonstop flights (but not chartered flights) into terminals may reserve our airport transfer service at an additional cost of:

Transfers cannot be provided when you join late or leave early. Transfers will be provided only if confirmed by AESU Alumni World Travel. Call 800-638-7640 or email approx. 3 weeks prior to your tour departure for available transfer space. Look for confirmation of your transfer in the travel documents.

While booking your trip air-inclusive gives you all the advantages described here, you can also choose the land-only option. Remember, airlines’ special fares generally apply to very brief periods. (Our low air-inclusive fares apply throughout the year.) Plus, to get these “deals” you often are required to pay full fare at the time of booking.

FLIGHT DELAYS – ALL AIRPORTS: In the event that airline schedule changes or delays force you to miss your airport transfer, just make your way to the first hotel listed on your hotel list. Many shuttle services are available as well as taxi or train options. As airline delays are beyond the control of AESU, additional expenses, if incurred, will be borne by the tour participant. (Save receipts for possible reimbursement by airline.) AESU is not responsible if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason. If you miss your departure flight, it is your responsibility to work with the airline on which you are ticketed to reach your destination. AESU is not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip. AESU is not responsible for and will not provide any refund for portions of trips missed due to canceled, rescheduled, or delayed flights.

We offer low airfare for all destinations from cities across the United States.

As an independent company, we have no ties to any one airline. We have negotiated the lowest possible airfares with the world’s finest carriers on behalf of our travelers. Due to limited availability on discounted fares, the earlier you book, the lower your rate will be.

Applicable Taxes and Fees (Airfare & Charges Not Included in the Price)
Taxes and fees include a September 11th fee up to $10, passenger facility charges of up to $18, Federal domestic flight segment fees of up to $3.50 per segment and U.S. and International arrival and departure and other government imposed fees of up to $900 depending on your itinerary. The total airfare price, the base airfare price, and the applicable government taxes and fees are broken-out line-by-line and shown while booking online and on the invoice after your travel is booked.

Since seats for our low-cost airfares fill quickly, we urge you to book early. Air tickets will be received two to three weeks prior to departure. For any late bookings, tickets are sent overnight after final payment is received. It is advised to contact your air carrier for special service requests, such as seat assignments and special meals, or, if applicable, to advise your frequent flyer number. Please retain your ticket copy in the event you need it later for proof of your flight; we are unable to supply ticket copies after your return.

Please be advised that electronic tickets will be issued for the majority of air itineraries. If you would like to request a paper ticket, a $50 charge per ticket will be assessed at the time of booking.
